Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, “DSA”) – points of contact for authorities and recipients of the services

Pursuant to Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, Hassle Online Limited has designated [email protected] as the single point of contact for direct communications with the European Commission, Member States’ authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services in connection with the application of the DSA. English or German is the preferred language for communication with this point of contact. This point of contact is for engagement with the authorities listed above.

Information pursuant to Art. 24(2) of the DSA, concerning the average number of monthly active recipients of Helpling’s online booking services in the European Union. We have calculated the average number of monthly active recipients of our online booking service in the European Union between September 6, 2024 and March 6, 2025, in accordance with Recital 77 of the DSA. Our conclusion is that, during this period, the average number of monthly active recipients of our online booking service was below the threshold of 45 million users. This average is updated every six months.
