Having a cleaner in your home is a delicate situation – trust is very important. It is also important to get along with your cleaner on a personal level. The cleaners you can book at Helpling all have individual online profiles with ratings from previous customers.

All our independent Dublin cleaners are self-employed and insured. You can contact them directly after you booked your cleaning appointment.

Our customer service offers support from Monday – Saturday from 9 to 5 for all concerns via e-mail. The e-mail address for this is available in your online profile.

Where, when, how often?

The booking process is very simple: choose your preferred frequency, duration of the clean and date and time. According to your location and personal details, you will find the perfect cleaner for you. The last step is to provide your payment details. Payment is deducted after the cleaning appointment.

After your booking is complete, you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your booking. At this stage, you can also directly contact your cleaner.

Payment information

All cleaners registered on the Helpling platform set their own hourly rates. On average you pay €17.10/hour for recurring bookings and €19.90/hour for one-off bookings.
